Start/Close date: The competition starts on 1st June 2022 and ends at midnight on the 31st of August 2022 (Competition period).
2. REQUIREMENTS
2.1 To qualify as an entrant into this Competition you must meet all the following requirements:
2.1.1 Be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
2.1.2 Be a South African citizen who holds a valid South African identity document and number; which is required for compliance purposes and to validate your winning eligibility, and
2.1.3 Permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Purchase and fit a MAXE product at any MAXE approved fitment centre during the competition period.
3.2 Request the proof of payment
3.3 Upload the invoice and proof of payment to any of the social media competition posts, entry must also be sent to maxe25@maxe.co.za
3.4 One product purchase and fitment qualifies for one entry.
4. PRIZE
4.1 Money back for MAXE product purchase and fitment up to R15k.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION
5.1 Winners will be randomly chosen from a list of qualified entries and notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. Prizes will be given by end September 2022.
6. GENERAL
6.1 you cannot participate in this Competition if:
6.1.1 you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of ours;
6.1.2 you are an immediate family member of any of the persons specified in clause 6.1.1;
6.2 These Terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
6.3 These Terms apply to the Competition and all information relating to the Competition (including any promotional or advertising material that is published).
6.4 By entering this Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
6.5 We reserve the right to amend these Terms.
6.6 By entering the competition, you agree that MAXE will have access to your personal information which they may use to build up a database for future marketing communication.
6.7 We may declare the Prize forfeited (lost) and we may choose a new Prize winner, if:
6.7.1 a Prize winner’s entry is not valid;
6.7.2 a Prize winner has breached these Terms;
6.7.3 a Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the Prize within 7 days from the date that the Prize winner was contacted about the Prize;
6.8 If there is a dispute in respect of these Terms or the Competition, MAXE’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.9 The Prize may not be exchanged for any other item. We do however reserve the right to substitute the Prize with any other prize of a similar commercial value.
6.10 We are not responsible if your entry is not successfully submitted or a Prize winner does not successfully receive or take up a Prize for any reason, including because of a technological failure.
6.11 We are not responsible for any loss or damage which you or any third party may suffer as a result of you participating in the Competition or accepting a Prize.
